Job Overview: We decided to bring materials onto this tricky site from the road above rather than by barge.  This decision was made to preserve the beauty of the property at the waters edge. The foundations were exceedingly challenging for this build due to water underground, but were overcome with extensive foundation detail. This job has created another piece of paradise in the Marlborough Sounds.
